Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California consumers have the right to limit the use and disclosure of their sensitive personal information to only those uses that are necessary to provide the services they have requested.

Sensitive Personal Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with a Merchant’s store through the MEMOIZE AI chat widget, we may process the following categories of sensitive personal information on behalf of the Merchant:

How We Use Sensitive Personal Information

MEMOIZE AI LLC uses sensitive personal information only for the following purposes, which are necessary to provide the services requested by you and the Merchant:

Generating personalized product recommendations within the chat widget;
Storing your preferences and health constraints so the AI can provide consistent, relevant responses across sessions;
Ensuring product recommendations account for known allergies, dietary restrictions, and contraindications.

We do NOT use sensitive personal information to:

Train, fine-tune, or improve AI models;
Sell to third parties;
Serve targeted advertising;
Build profiles for advertising purposes; or
Share across different Merchants’ accounts.

Your Right to Limit Use

You may request that MEMOIZE AI LLC limit the use of your sensitive personal information to only those uses necessary to perform the services. To exercise this right:

Step 1: Contact the Merchant whose store you interacted with, using the contact information on their website. The Merchant is the data controller and can instruct MEMOIZE AI LLC to limit processing of your data.

Step 2: If the Merchant is unresponsive after fourteen (14) days, or if the Merchant’s account has been terminated, you may contact MEMOIZE AI LLC directly:

MEMOIZE AI LLC will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.

Know what personal information we collect and how it is used;
Request deletion of your personal information;
Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
